Matthew Killen, Chief Information Officer, City of Salem & Public Schools:
“I did want to take a moment and comment on a very bright spot from 2020 the City’s ongoing imaging project and the exceptional work provided by Image Data!
I am amazed at how far we’ve come over the last 3 years, with over 1 million pages spanning nearly 400 years of Salem’s history processed by Image Data. From day 1 the professionalism, detailed care and communication provided by you, Tom Marto, and the entire team contributed to this success. I have been very pleased with each onsite assessment, kick-off with individual departments, transmission of data, all the way thru document return. The resulting image quality and ease of access has proved incredibly useful to staff, residents, businesses, and even scholars!
As we look to the next phase of this project I can’t tell you how happy I am to have Image Data on the team. Your experience with a variety of current and historic documents, commitment to customer service, and smooth handling of even the most complicated requests is appreciated!”
ENCON- Division of Lands and Forests, Real Property Bureau:
“The scan quality looks excellent! As always we appreciate your time and attention to detail. Working together you were able to scan an entire wall of map storage in this crazy year!”
Ivy League University:
“I can honestly say the scanned aperture cards have paid huge dividends several times over! Having the 30,000+ original drawings in electronic format for quick sharing is priceless! I get requests from various consultants on a regular basis who are investigating building structural issues for renovation and construction projects. Having these drawings on hand results in huge savings to the State by not having to go into expensive structural building investigations.” — “Your service has been impeccable, allowing us to provide a high level of service to the University.”
Financial Services Company:
“We are well aware of how important you have been (and continue to be) to our success as a strategic business partner.”
Ellen Rostron, Orthopaedic Surgical Center, Peabody, MA:
“I would certainly call your company for another project. It was professional, seamless, pleasant.”
Village of Pelham, NY:
Image Data has completed phase I conversion work project for the Village of Pelham, NY. The documents include both small and large format building plans and many of the documents are old and fragile. Chris Scelza, who is overseeing this project from the Village, had this to say about our work: “The quality of the work is fantastic. The images look clean and very legible considering there are documents that are very old. Overall, Image Data is doing a wonderful job. Furthermore, I’m totally impressed with the turnaround time and service level when it comes to retrieving documents that we need on demand.”
